Wig came in about a 4 days after I ordered.It came nicely packaged and very soft. It took to bleach well. The wig doesn't puff up or get tangled from my POV. Very shiny and takes to heat very well. had the wig for a week and a few days and it still looks good. I'm definitely buying another one.
